The trooper dispatch posted Sep. 26 listed seven counts with no felony. The court filing adds both burglary charges. Arraignment was held Sep. 26; a preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 6 at 3:15 p.m. in Fairbanks. The same counts also appear in the court's weekly report under 4FA-26-01933CR, which CourtView does not return.

Fairbanks, 6:18 p.m.: Anthony Burton was stopped after pulling out of a parking lot at high speed and arrested for DUI. He provided a breath sample of .331, requested an independent blood test, and was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.
Goldstream Road, 9:22 p.m.: Airion Baumgartner, 25, of Fairbanks, was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a breath test after failing to slow when passing troopers on a call. Remanded to FCC.
Delta Junction, 11:03 p.m.: Sara Parlin, 30, of Delta Junction, was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop and released on her own recognizance.

Parks Highway Mile 257, Healy, Sep. 25: A semi-truck struck a car stopped partly in the lane while its driver took a photograph. Troopers said the truck driver fell asleep. Both drivers were cited; all passengers were taken to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
North Pole: Troopers are investigating a reported violation of an out-of-state domestic violence protective order.
Goldridge area, Fairbanks: Firearms were reported stolen from a residence. A suspect has been identified and charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney.

Dateen Duane Arkell, 42, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. near Clay Street and Second Avenue on a charge recorded by police as assault in the third degree, cause injury with a weapon, a felony. No court file had appeared as of the Sep. 26 court report.
Donald Dean Pannick, 70, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. in the 1600 block of East Cowles Street on a charge of harassment in the first degree, a misdemeanor.
