A Fairbanks man indicted Sep. 9 on a felony assault charge was arrested on the warrant Sep. 24. Nineteen city arrests logged at the courthouse block Sep. 21–24 were identified as in-court custody events.
Everyone named is arrested or charged, not convicted.
Alfred L. Nelson was indicted Sep. 9 on one count of assault in the second degree, injury with a weapon with intent, a Class B felony, for an Aug. 23 incident in Fairbanks. A warrant issued the same day was served Sep. 24.
Arraignment is set for Sep. 30 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 402.
